I have been living at Trinity since Feb 2022. Generally it is a very comfortable place to live! Management has gone through some changes over the past few years, which has been rough at times, but I get the impression that the current team is trying their best. I love having the dog park right outside my apartment, and recently I called management to let them know the dog park gates were broken and the dog wastebins overfilled (brief problem, only ~1 week) and they fixed it the next day. I love the apartment and the natural setting is so beautiful but the neighbors above me have made my experience here fall so very short of my expectations. So many of the residents also just throw their trash wherever they want, off the balconies, right next to the dumpster, in the parking lot, in the recycling bins and due to these reasons, I won't be renewing my lease. The apartment itself is beautiful, so if you are lucky and have respectful neighbors, you could be very happy here.
