For the first day, it seemed the furnishing for the apartment seemed rushed coming from the quickly glued vinyl floor, but their devotion towards providing the best service and resources is always shown.

I recently moved into a new apartment, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The entire leasing staff was exceptionally nice and helpful, making the transition smooth and stress-free. This is an absolutely lovely community. I was so impressed with my visit here, that no other apartment was going to be acceptable after that. I absolutely love my apartment. It is compact and perfect for me in a one bedroom. I have never seen so much storage in a compact space. The appliances are lovely, very up to date. The security of the smart locks and the inner entryways to the apartments give me more peace of mind than ever! The valet trash is very convenient. Beautiful landscaping. Obvious community is obvious with the lavish spaces for our use. Comfy seating areas, gorgeous pool, community cooking classes, Saturday breakfasts... , and 18 choices of coffees from a dispenser, even cold brew up front!!??? What??? The leasing staff are hospitable and informative. Last but not least, my favorite businesses, restaurants, fast food, the best grocery stores and even an authentic French bakery are less than a mile away! This is apartment heaven. Read More

Novel Cary is a great community, however due to the lack of 24 hour security please be prepared to pay car insurance deductibles due to car break ins caused by local delinquents.
