Amaze @ NoDa gives off a vibrant, but peaceful atmosphere. The property is very clean and well up-kept. This place definitely feels like home!

my experience started off good but as the months of my lease went by i realized that what i was paying was just not worth it for the complex. there were no community events for months at a time (i was told there would be at least 1 a month), cars were stolen from the lot, gates and doors were broken for weeks at a time, and other issues.
This place is good short term but not long term.

My experience has been okay. There's just been a lot of weed smoke smells and it makes me nauseous. Overall, I'm glad the new management company has taken over because they handle things almost immediately now and fix things appropriately.

community is clean, gated, and friendly. i feel safe living here and have all of the amenities i could ever need. being within a short distance from the heart of NODA is a great perk of this property.
