Great experience living here and I love that there are more resident events being put on. Great place to live and fairly quiet too - with the occasional train, but overall great place to live. Would renew if it wasn't so expensive unfortunately.

Overall satisfied. Maintenance and communication is solid. Would love to see more investment in the property itself. Lots of gates are damaged or broken. Dog area gates are in need of repair, gas in grills and fireplace maintained more often. Biggest suggestion is adding additional dog bins and trash cans throughout the property. There should be dog bins near most major entry points. Currently only 3 for entire property and tend to overflow and be too far away from entrances making it more... likely for people not to pick up behind their dogs.
