My experience was top-tier. I applied for Avana Avebury and was approved after being denied other places. I was homeless with my child and the office staff worked with me. My deposit was high, but I was giving time and resources to help make it happen. I haven't experienced any problems and am hopeful it stays as pleasant as the beginning.

This is my first apartment on my own, and it makes a pleasant first home! I love the layout of the apartments, and the amenities that are available. The community is overall friendly, quiet and clean!

Not a safe community like was advertised. Needs to have gates locked. They need more maintenance crew members hired. Maintenance team seems clearly over worked and things don’t get done fast. This will also help with inspection of the units before move in. When moving into apartment all amenities such as; bathroom fans, dishwasher, washer and drier, ac, fridge, microwave and showers should be checked. There should also be a bug inspection or bug spray before moving in. First week we saw 3... cockroaches and had to put up cockroach traps. With not having the dishwasher fixed at all and not much of urgency along with multiple work orders and feeling uncomfortable walking in the community it has been hard to find this an enjoyable experience.
