In my personal opinion, the apartment fails to live up to the standards depicted in its advertisements. Despite initial appeal, the actual condition falls short, with outdated features and malfunctioning appliances. The discrepancy between expectation and reality is evident. I hope this feedback serves as a cautionary note for potential renters.

The property is super safe, close to my work, and everything is modern and clean! My favorite place I’ve stayed in Charlotte yet!

I really like my unit so that is why my rating is not lower - though appliances are simple compared to other complexes I lived in… buuuut the valet trash drags bags down the corridors causing leakage that the complex has not bothered cleaning in the almost six months I’ve been here. They don’t even seem to bother to blow the leafs and other debris that accumulates over time.

The dog park is also filthy and not worth the risk of stepping into. I complained and they picked up the waste but they... didn’t bother actually cleaning anything that is still set into the turf. Read More

This is a beautiful complex. Although my husband & i choose elsewhere i can not go without saying how awesome the office property managers were (Taki). She was warm, friendly & had all the answers for our questions. Very professional yet comfortable with her expertise in her job.

Not going to say much because at this point really considering hiring a lawyer. Still haven’t received my refund that was stated, highlighted etc upon applying that would be refunded if denied. I have emailed, called multiple times and it’s been a month and no response. Beautiful property, poor management!
