Not a good place to live
There are infested with roaches and no sense of community. Maintenance doesn’t work either.. run from this complex.

Super Welcoming!
Lauren has been very kind and has personally led me through the entire process from applying to moving in. I really appreciated all of her support. She and the Cortland community have been very welcoming and I am excited to move in. My only upset was in relation to setting up my initial rent and move-in date; my move-in had to be postponed due to the background check not arriving in time, which led to my rent rising. Although I had already signed on a set amount, I understand why these had... to be changed.
