This is a great little community situated near the Premium Outlets/I-485 area. The community staff are really responsive and helped out during the leasing/move-in phase. The community is well maintained and clean. At times noise has been an issue, being in closer proximity to the pool, but it doesn't detract too much from the overall experience. Generally it is a great place to live!

Toured a 2 bedroom with Katie today. The community was beautiful and she answered all of our questions. Mackenzie was very friendly as well. We will definitely be checking back in once they have availability for the winter.

Ever since I’ve moved to Giddy Hall my experience has been great. From the moment I came to tour I knew this was going to be my home. The management is very friendly and always willing to help. The community is very quiet and I look forward to living here for a long time! Did I mention I love the apartment space, floor plan and layout.
