Overall a decent apartment complex to live in. Construction outside can be noisy. Thin walls makes it so you can hear your neighbors. Decent amenities including pool, gym, etc...

So far so good very quiet and peaceful. It’s near all the food places so in case you need something it has a mall across the street grocery stores and everything else’s

Love the area, but concerns involve the weed smell in the community that goes into your own apartment as well which if you don’t smoke or like the smell of the smoke. Loud noises do happen at times but not too crazy. I’ve noticed some concerning cars in the parking lot when coming home late from work at night but unsure of that situation. Now don’t get me wrong, the area is laid back. Love being close to Harris teeter & the rivergate area center with all the stores. But definitely wish the... clientele went back to not so sketchy people in the parking lot making you feel unsafe to walk around the complex. And the smell of weed is a daily consistency that I’d rather avoid being around myself. Also, if the club house had more than just one pool table, or other games (fooseball, air hockey, or maybe even board games - anything to just be fun outside of the events that get booked inside of it). Otherwise, it’s a good place to live & easy access to a lot of different areas and the outlet mall!
