Here at Nevin Place Apartments we do have routine monthly pest control services with Old River Pest Control, each month 1-2 buildings are serviced along with the outsides. This is our preventative way in preventing issues from occurring.

Nevin Place Apartments
Nevin Place Apartments is a great place to live. This apartment complex is close to 3 popular areas here in Charlotte, NC. Theres a playground, basketball court, and a open field area for children to play. Parking spaces right in front of your building. There are also garage units that you can rent for extra storage space or to park your car. Overall everyone that moves here really enjoy living here, that they don't wont to leave.
