I have been eyeballing these apartments since I first moved to Charlotte. The start to the end of me leasing an apartment was absolutely wonderful. The staff is extremely nice and a pleasure to work with. The building is beautiful, clean and smells amazing! My neighbors are sweet as well!

Staff is always very helpful and considerate. Maintenance is top notch, requests are always answered very quickly. Apartments are very quiet, not too much noise travels between apartments.

LOVE IT HERE. The pools are nice, gym is accessible. Neighbors are generally helpful and friendly. No complaints!
Only issue is the elevator keeps breaking down
