I have had a great experience living at the Penrose. It offers a clean environment, friendly staff, lots of amenities, fun location, and a sense of community with the monthly events for the residents to enjoy. I would recommend living at the Penrose.

Location of the penrose is perfect! Workout room is really nice and used daily by guest. They have a few resident events monthly. Garage could be better security-wise.
