I have had such a great experience living at the Penrose. The location is perfect for my lifestyle and I feel very safe living here. I have few complaints living here, everyone is super friendly and welcoming.

Pretty smooth sailing all around. Only complaint in the noise given how young everyone is in the building. Otherwise the facilities are very nice.

I enjoy living here and love my apartment and the amenities. It is in a great location and couldn’t be more convenient to everything in South End. However, the only thing I dislike is the parking situation - I recommend budgeting your car being booted 3x per year.

Love living here at Penrose! I look forward to meeting more of the community and going to more Penrose Events! The area has more than what you need to live comfortably, and the amenities make it difficult to need anything else here!
