Not even 1 month into living here, but I am already loving it! Got settled in as quickly as I could and only need a few more household items plus groceries would be helpful! However, I also look forward to trying out the restaurants nearby as I have already been able to try out Wheelz Pizza, The Dumpling Lady, Co-Op, & Pins Mechanical for starters so I haven't made it very far!

I have enjoyed my time here. The people and location are great. I do think there could be improvements in communication and facilities from the management team and Greystar.
Looking forward to hopefully a better 2025!

The penrose is in a great location with tons of shops and restaurants that you can walk to
The parking is limited tho and people over park in the compact spots which make it even harder to find spots

Very good so far recently moved in and it looked like no one even lived here before me. Front office very nice and helpful. Only reason it’s getting one less star is the key did not work when I moved in, which was quite a bit of an inconvenience with two dogs in the hallway, but the maintenance man was lovely and tried his best to fix it.
