This is a great apartment community because the rent is very reasonable and the place is beautiful. The neighbors are nice and we are minutes away from stores and restaurants.

I'm just gonna start out by saying shout out to Jamaal (in the office) and Marco and Miguel (maintenance guys). I moved here in September of last year and Jamaal was a great help with making my decision after looking at numerous apartments. He was very kind, friendly and any minor issues I had moving in he made sure to get them taken care or answer any questions. He'll definitely take care of ya.
Since I've stayed here, I literally have nothing bad to say...other than some residents not picking... up after their pets.. any maintenance get resolved quickly! Miguel and Marco are on it and super nice!
Overall apartment is very spacious and up to date, haven't had any bug issues or noise issues. Neighbors are friendly. Can't wait for the pool this summer!
