Very loud partying at the pool area on the weekends at night. Music can be heard the entire block. Also, floors/ceilings are so thin. I can hear every movement going on upstairs.

Great Location
This location is in the middle of everything you would need, which is great! The apartment size is decent. Pets: There is no where to scoop your pets poop, so always walk with your baggie and prepare to walk with it for the remainder. Office management: I usually get Kaia , who is so very sweet and patient, direct and gets my questions answered to the best of her knowledge, but the Office manager Angel is never available for those unanswered questions (that gets annoying). Maintenance: Jerry is... the go to! Overall, I call this place home and besides lack of communication, playing hopscotch with poop on the property, I like it here!

Find Somewhere Else!!
I truthfully wish I had NEVER moved into this place. It is in no way worth what I paid. The bathrooms are not modern in any way and look patched together. The kitchen appliance are subpar. The amenities are useless to anyone with a job. Pool and gym are only open til 5/6. I had noise issues throughout the entire time. The office does not have it together. They’d call multiple times to verify something they had already called about. They never knew what was going on. My car was damaged. Parking... is terrible with people who aren’t residents. The renewal went up by hundreds of dollars when the apartment complex already wasn’t worth what was being paid. Please just do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
