Rush is expensive for what you get, the rooms are smaller than most, I’ve found multiple items that have broken before I got to my unit, they find fees and ways to charge you without forewarning and overall not worth the price. Additionally, the walls are thin and the road noise is obnoxious. The only plus is that it’s walking distance to class.

Second year living at rush and am already signed for another. You can not beat the distance to campus, friendly staff, and amenities.

Awesome Community
I toured this property with my friend and her sister while visiting Charlotte for the weekend. I must say, this property was the highlight of all that we saw that day. I was very impressed at the modern units, spacious bedrooms, two tone cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, huge pool, valet waste, smart home features and covered parking. None of this was around when I was in college. I think any student would flourish living here. Randy gave us a tour and he was amazing!
