Typical Grey Star property. Maintenance called out of the blue saying there changing my lock today with no warning. I had to drop everything at work, rearrange meetings, called 3 times no answer, then on the 4th call they answer, the. Say they will call back and crickets. I had to walk over to the office, were I am told they can't do it. I go back to work, they call saying there on the way, I leave work again....and they don't show up. Everytime I forced to deal with Greystar the lack of... prophesionalism is mind blowing. I see way the feds are sueing them for being crooks. Dont rent here.
