Toured Emery village today and was surprised at how quiet and serene it was! I wasnt expecting to find a brand new beautiful community in the middle of this residential area, but I'm glad I did. I spoke with Blair who said she was the community manager and she was a treat! She was thorough and patient with me as I am putting my home in Charlotte on the market and going to rent until the housing market shifts. I haven't rented in over 15 years so I am excited yet anxious to make this change, but... Blair put my mind at ease by answering all my questions and making me feel at home. The apartments are gorgeous, slightly smaller than I'd like but it's a great chance to declutter! Also, since it's temporary, Blair also told me about a storage facility that the company owns not very far from here, so I'll be checking into that as well. Overall this was the best experience while apartment hunting I've had, and I will be submitting my application as soon as my house goes under contract.

Wonderful experience
I was impressed by the excellent location. It's easily accessible to all the amenities one could want, including major highways, shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainment options. The friendly staff were attentive and helpful, making me feel welcome and valued as a potential resident. Overall, Emery Village seems like an excellent choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient living experience. The prime location and helpful staff make it a wonderful apartment complex that... I'm seriously considering.
