When I first visited, I thought the townhomes were nice inside and outside. It wasn’t until I was moved in 6 months later is when everything unfolded. They could have used real wood on the floors as it used to bubble up a lot and changed those cheap walls to where you couldn’t hear you neighbors conversation nor smell the weed thats used to come through my vents downstairs. I had to stop even opening the bathroom door because it was that strong. I bought tons of air freshener and that didn't... work. The kids were very loud all through the parking lot. Their parents were never outside watching them. They used to climb on the roof, knock on your door and run put garbage in front of your door. It was a mess! Never mind that, the amount of violence that took place there was ridiculous and it seem as though everyone was used to it. And I wont touch on management or the maintenance crew. Every other month a new maintenance man was working pretending to care for your needs in the townhome. I am so glad i got out of there.
