Lived here for about a year and a half before abandoning my apartment due to losing my job and the hazardous living conditions. Roaches were a constant problem despite never leaving food out and regularly deep cleaning. Mold under my kitchen sink and around window sills. Mushrooms growing out of my living room floor, rent going up after i re-signed my lease despite none of my issues being addressed or any upgrades. The insulation was poor. It was freezing in the winter and in the summer it was... blistering with the heat or air coming on every ten or so minutes. I had to freeze during the winter and roast in the summer because I could not afford to constantly run my unit. My bedroom window did not properly lock. I was given a manual lock by maintenance that I had to remove every time I wanted to open my window. When I turned on my heat for the first full winter I was there, I smelled a fishy smell and moments later my breaker EXPLODED! They replaced it a few hours after I called emergency maintenance (it happened at like 3am. I was freezing and couldn’t take the cold anymore). But I can’t help but imagine what would’ve happened if I wasn’t there and the whole place went up in flames claiming the lives of others in the building and my pet cats. The cheap paint they slap over everything is hard to clean and is very unforgiving of any marks or stains in daily life. Shootings during the early months of me staying there, loud and nosy neighbors that leave trash and hazardous materials like glass on the ground. The women in the main office are rude and act like they’re better than everyone. They don’t do anything besides sit around their desks and stuff their faces. Any time I would call, I could feel the attitude and entitlement in their voice. I left a bag of trash outside once before rushing 40 minutes away to my job at a plant before being late. I didn’t feel safe enough to throw it away in the dumpster at night when I got off work, so I left it there until I woke up the next morning. They threatened a fee against me for the trash bag despite other tenants leaving trash, broken glass, and food all over everything under the breezeway and out onto the sidewalk. Their “security” is a joke. They let any and everyone in. They don’t check id’s like they’re supposed to. I became close to a female security guard and she told me about the misogyny and unfair treatment she encountered facilitated by the male security guards and staff. Find somewhere else to live.

DO NOT MOVE HERE
If you like to sleep to work or have a family do NOT move here. The neighbors party from Thursday - Sunday from 9pm until 4 am EVERY weekend. The office does nothing, “security” joins in on the party and when police are called they turn down the music until the coast is clear then they’re right back at it. The bug infestation is because they litter and just throw their food bones and beer bottles outside. It’s disgusting and management doesn’t care as long as their rent is paid. I’m so glad my... lease is up!

Not worth your money
Black mold, dusty in vents, that's been there for years. Water heaters leak and hot water takes a while in winter. Marijuana smoke come thru vent from neighbors, they charge for everything. Insurance on the building, trash pick up etc. These people only want money, your concerns fall on deaf ears because they want remove anyone, if you pay your rent. You have been warned, enter at your own risk

Roaches , Mold , Flooding & Shooting
This was a horrible apartment..roaches were everywhere! Pest control rarely came out . My closet flooded and I had a mushroom growing out of my floor. Molding in the closets , shooting and the leasing office said “ we have nothing to do with it “ rent is high for a mess of an apartment. DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!!!

I loved it here.
I lived here for a year and really enjoyed the complex and the area it's located in. I did have a lot of issues with my AC unit and had to complain quite a bit before it was replaced. These buildings are old, but I know there have been lots of renovations. I just hope future residents have their apartment issues fixed in a more timely manner. But all in all I would live here again.
