For the most party this community is quiet and safe. No break-ins, violence, or damages to vehicle since I've been living here. The only issue is the waterbugs and knats and sometimes spiders They're manageable but its still sucks to see one every once in a while. I think the doors should be repaired. Everyone door seem to have cracks to the outside all around the door. And open space in the kitchen under the cabinets but overall I enjoy being here because its quiet but don't think I will stay... long-term.

My apartment and the community here are clean, orderly, and well taken care of. Crystal is friendly and helpful, and made the move-in process simple, intuitive and easy to navigate. Despite the fact that I was moving from out of state and had never seen the place in person before signing the lease, I found nothing but pleasant surprises upon my arrival. This community is a hidden gem, and I have only good things to say about it.
