Decent Community

I give this complex 4 stars. It's not a luxury apartment by any means but the three bedroom more than comfortably fits our family of 4. Being in the south it's expected to see more bugs around but we haven't really had any issues in the apartment itself. I would have to disagree with the other reviews as I am highly allergic to roaches and have not had an issue since moving here. The neighborhood is nice and quiet for the most part; but like all neighborhoods there are children and they can get... a little loud but it doesn't bother us one bit. Our neighbors are all kind to us as well.

Management has been friendly as well as responding to any repairs/requests in a timely manner. We enjoy living here.

NOT SAFE

in the summer it was horrible, apartments were broken into, family feuds would carry on outside; the kids are rude just like management, its drug infested and there are roaches. I am so glad I was able to get my family out.
