Pool is never open
This is my third summer living here the first summer the pool never opened, last summer it was open for about 3 weeks non-consecutively, and it’s already closed this summer. They advertise the pool alot so if that’s something you like go somewhere else. They say the amenities is not included in the rent so I guess that means deal with it.

Thank you for taking the time to give us a review. While we understand that this can be very frustrating for everyone, we unfortunately had to close the pool down shortly after opening due to someone damaging the pool causing the area to... become a safety hazard. We are currently waiting on the repairs to be completed by our vendors so we can reopen for the Summer. We have purchased cameras in hopes that this will prevent future damages to the pool. Great place to live!
I recently moved into this community and love it here. The apartment is spacious, has a great layout, and was in good condition. Everything was done online and the portal was user friendly. The office staff and maintenance are awesome. The rent is also reasonable for the area. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for an apartment.

Seems nice...from far away
I really wanted to like this place. The layout with sunroom option and the exterior stone facade are nice. However, after walking around the premises, I discovered trash all over the place. The stairways are filthy. There’s grass growing through the concrete at the pool (it’s Memorial Day weekend) and the bottom of the pool is green! Obviously there’s issues with management/maintenance. I’ll be looking elsewhere for a rental.

Beautiful, But Dizzying, Dissatisfied Staff Turnover
Been living here for several years. The apartments are gorgeous and the beautiful grounds make this place feel like a town park. Also the staff have mostly been wonderful--very friendly, accommodating, and professional. That is why I gave this place 5 stars a few years ago, and I'm still giving it 3 stars now. BUT.... There is turnover on the staff constantly. Over the past 4 years or so, the entire front office staff has changed countless times. The managers and assistants either leave for... somewhere else because they are totally disgusted with having worked for the corporate management company, or they are fired, regardless of whether they have actually been providing excellent service to the tenants I make a point of speaking to staff regularly. (Hey, I live here and they have helped make this a welcoming, well-kept place to reside.) And staff members who are planning to leave, which means VIRTUALLY ALL of them after a bit, all say the same thing about how dreadful corporate management is. Virtually everyone who has worked here hates corporate management. No, I am NOT talking about just a few disgruntled employees. This is the widespread; almost universal feeling of the staff over the years.(Most staff members are extremely discreet while still working here. But it soon becomes clear, and it becomes explicit as they are planning to leave, that corporate management is awful to them.) I've been hearing and witnessing this very same thing over and over for the past several years. So, again, I am absolutely not simply relaying what a few disgruntled employees had to say. Not surprisingly, there are upkeep issues because of considerable staff dissatisfaction and constant turnover. The gym, for example. There are always machines that need service. Yes, I notify the front office. They report to corporate management. And nothing gets done for several weeks, months, or not at all. Beyond that, the gym is usually filthy. Other annoyances:the paper towel dispenser is frequently empty or inoperable--for days if not weeks; and the hand sanitizer dispenser has now been out of order for close to a year. I mean, how is all this possible??? One more time. The staff are generally wonderful. But the corporate management company is apparently absolutely dreadful to work for and that manifests itself in non-stop turnovers and some maintenance matters left unattended.
