the only good thing they had going for them at the time would have been maintenance. I really liked Mark,Brandon and Cadaryl. Unfortunately Mark left then it seems as though the other staff quit or followed suit behind him . Now they have to hire temps to fill the voids!They don’t have enough staff, unfortunately The walls are paper thin you can hear people having sex. You can hear babies crying all throughout the night. You can hear what sounds like people clubbing all night. Also the building... sometimes reeks of marijuana. If you are a wheelchair person, please don’t depend on the elevator working the elevator works when it wants to you will be stranded in your apartment because you can’t get on the elevator as a handicap individual. The police!! They (Police) live out here every other day the police Is outside. Also, they will tow your car and make up excuses as to why they had to tow it. . The residence are very rude. The building is going downhill needs serious upkeep and they need a new property manager because Victoria is not professional at all she should have remained the assistant manager.or been fired She never makes eye contact with you alway looking at the computer with her head down!!! She’s very snobby and She’s very lazy and don’t ever think you’re going to call up there because she never answers the phone. The only way you can communicate with this property 90% of the time would be by email. A resident keyed another resident car because of her personal feelings so watch out for your belongings because depending on how other residents feel about you, they may retaliate against you. Please do not forget the area that this community is in which is full of crackheads and night walkers and they will be on the property as well. If you go to the other mill across the street on textile and yanceyville st (Revolution Mill), you will see a big difference in the upkeep. They give you key fobs and say that this is a secured Access building however people tailgate behind other people to let them in so you’re really paying for it to be nonsecure. There has probably been more crime at this complex than any place I have ever lived there has been multiple car breaking in the parking lot.
