Awful

The apartment management is to be desired, they take forever to do stuff and they take forever to process a maintenance request.

Not too bad

This is a great place to live for a college student. Everything is included in rent and you get a large electricity allowance. It's also just about a ten minute walk to the UNCG library. I have never had any issues with the maintenance team. They have actually been awesome and fix everything very quickly and efficiently. The staff has always been extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms aren't very big but I prefer a smaller room. They have a very small enclosed area by the leasing office... that I take my dog to occasionally as well. They are very pet friendly which is also nice for someone getting their own pet for the first time.
However, the Wi-Fi is absolutely awful. There are blackout periods in the early morning and late at night. This can be very annoying, especially when you're trying to turn something in online by the midnight due date. When I walk my dog, I have to be very careful because there are red ant hills everywhere and I am highly allergic to them. The carpets are also very cheap and rip very easily. You get two other roommates. The kitchens are kind of small, so this can be inconvenient if more than one person is attempting to cook at the same time. The appliances all work well though.
For the cheap price, I would probably recommend this complex to any college student trying to move into an apartment for the first time. It's close to everything and it's pet friendly. I will be moving out this summer though because I am done have roommates.

STAY AWAY

Do not live here. Management doesn't care about any problems you have. They have the poorest communication system between management and the residents. Maintence doesn't fix anything that is broken or needs repairs, so if you do live here be prepared to fix something yourself and there are A LOT of things needing repairs. Also for this place to be student housing it sure does have the absolute worst wifi connection so it's almost impossible to do anything online for classes. Save yourself the... trouble and stay away from this place.
