This property is great! The grounds and common areas are usually very clean. Maintenance responds quickly. If you need a quiet place to live I would not move here. For example, I can hear every conversation,footstep,and actually urinating in bathroom. And if you live below 3 people it's even worse!!! It's really unfortunate because other than this(which is a big one)it's a great place to live.

I have been staying here for 6 months now. The staff seem to be pretty cool for the most part. If they tell you they are going to call they probably won't but anytime I had a question they were readily available to answer it. However the reason I do not recommend this place is because the walls are so thin, it's like you have cardboard between you and your neighbor. I reported that a guy was being to loud at night (like 3 times). They gave him a verbal warning and he got mad and I had to listen... to my neighbor cussing at me through the paper thin walls. I do believe him when he says he can't help it because these walls are are so so soooo thin it's insane. If you get lucky and have a quiet neighbor you will probably be fine but I would not take that risk. It is nice to have free wifi tho, and it's really good connection. It is sad that I have to leave after my lease is up, but I just can't live here with these walls being so thin. It's like as soon as I lay down to sleep my neighbor turns on his TV (my bedroom is right next to his living room). I am now sleeping on my living room couch for the next 6 months until I move .
summary: It's a place to sleep with a roof over it. If it's all u can find then stay here.

Not what it seems
The other posted review is from someone who toured the lofts twice, not a resident. The tour is nothing like living here. As someone who actually lived here I can tell you it is not a good experience. These buildings are incredibly old and the staff did the minimum amount of work before shoving renters inside so they could start collecting rent. The floorboards are rotting, pipes leaking regularly, and you can hear everything from everyone. Seriously, you can hear every footstep, dog bark, and... speaking volume conversation your neighbors you have. As a native of the Bronx I’m used to making sacrifices when it comes to my living situation but I truly don’t understand how it’s even legal for them to ask people to live in these conditions. Do yourself a favor and avoid this hellhole entirely.

Cool place to be
I went twice and looked at the Lofts before I chose something a little closer to my job. I hope I didn't make a mistake because this place seems like it will be a a great "community", rather than just a place to live. They really seem like they are making an effort to have a great, safe, comfortable place for folks to live --together!
Marques was beyond patient, and knowledgeable in the 2 visits I took there. he is an asset to the community.
