I'm not sure who filled in the above information, but it's incorrect. It does NOT include water, sewer, or internet.
The information I saw here was part of why I was interested in this place. Upon meeting to sign the lease, I was disappointed to learn that none of that was included (I now know not to trust any apartment info I read online and to always ask to verify). However, I ended up going ahead with signing anyway, because I had already put down the deposit and was in a hurry to find a... place to live near my new job.
Well, that was a mistake. There ended up being quite a few minor issues I noticed: The vent in the bathroom never seemed to actually draw any moist air out when I showered, and when I looked inside it looked moldy and/or corroded. The air conditioner/heater never actually brought the apartment to the temperature I set it (ie, to heat the apartment to about 70, I had to set the thermostat to 78-79, which took awhile to figure out). The stairs to the second floor in my building were super rusty and often creaked when walking on them. I always had a slight fear that one day they would rust through and I'd fall through them. The pest control schedule could also be inconvenient, because it was mandatory to let them inside to spray on a particular Wednesday every other month.
The biggest issue ended up being my apartment almost constantly smelling of smoke soon after some new neighbors moved in. That "smoke free" listed above is also a lie. Management wouldn't do anything about it and denied the problem existed.

Horrible Maintenance
Maintenance guy takes forever to fix anything. Apartment is small and mole buildup is very highly visible.
