The entire application & move in process was smooth. Marquita & other staff members made sure to be very informative and communicative during the entire experience. They were very knowledgeable about any questions that I had prior to moving in. The office staff as a whole are very professional and friendly. Great Place to Live!
Friendly safe neighborhood. The staff is kind and always helpful. Great facilities such as a pool, gym, and on site laundry. Great Place to live in Charlotte!

We have a wonderful local manager June who listens to the concerns of the people living there and has been instrumental in improving the trash issue. The actual apartments are spacious, neighbors are friendly, low crime and local to many areas and the grounds are well-kept.
