Gazebo on the Sound. Pool. (open in season) Parking for 2 vehicles. Stairwell to Entry porch.

Level 2:(We are a two story condo up one level off the ground.)

Living Room: Sofa and Soft Side Chairs seating for 5. Cocktail Ottoman. Ceiling Fan, Wall Mounted Smart TV, use your apps.
Kitchen: Counter Seats for 2. Side by Side Stainless Refrigerator/Freezer. Microwave, Electric Range, Dishwasher, Microwave. Toaster Oven, Auto Coffeepot. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishware and cookware. Stacked Washer/Dryer.
Hallway Bathroom: Single Quartz Topped Vanity. Custom tiles throughout. Step In Shower with extra hand-held spray wand. Toilet.

Level 3:
Primary Bedroom: Queen Bed, Bench Seat, Dresser, Nightstands, Shiplap Ceiling with Ceiling Fan. Ensuite Sundeck with seating for 4.
