I have only been living here for a little bit but I really love it. The front office made the application and move-in process very easy. When I have had minor things in the apartment that need fixed, like a light bulb replaced, maintenance was very prompt and friendly when they came into my unit.
The building is also very quiet and clean, I almost feel like I am living in a hotel.

Not sure why it includes amenities such as Wi-Fi at pool. There is no pool. Furthermore, the apartments are not cable ready, although that is also included with the listed amenities. There is also rarely anyone to assist you if you are a tenant and need service. Then, no one at the actual company which owns this property (Kuester) is able to direct you to a supervisor or someone who might be able to assist you. It's a nightmare trying to get any response from anyone. No phone calls are... returned. The office is rarely open, despite posted office hours. Rent goes up every year, in addition to that, fees are added for amenities which were included in rent initially. Less than 24 hours notice is given for the many times throughout the year they insist on "servicing" the HVAC system, which is allowed via the lease, but some more time would just be more polite. I’ve lived here for almost six months and have nothing but positive things to say. The location is amazing. The charming town center is in easy walking distance, the new brewery with craft beers and delicious smoked meats is a stone throws away, and the park with tons of nature trails is right across the street. Management has also been wonderful and very responsive. They also plan lots of fun community events and the free hot beverges are the best. I love living here. I can take off running for an hour and not have to retrace any of my route. We are about three blocks from the Village of Pinehurst, less than a mile from grocery shopping, and minutes from Pinehurst golf resort. The staff is super nice and very helpful and genuinely want to help. The apartment itself is brand new, nice fitness room and a great social room that can be reserved at no cost.

Anyone looking for a high end, perfect location apartment will love living at The Greens. Staff is friendly, apartments are brand new and the location can't be beat. Love that I can walk my dog around the arboretum and grab a coffee at the shop up the street.
