This place was wonderful up until 3 years ago. I would stay far away from this company who manages this property and do your research and you will see every property managed by them here in the carolinas is a aweful experience.

steer clear!!
I’ve lived here going on 4 years, the first two years were great no issues, but these past two years have been atrocious. They took the gates to the entrances down and ever since then my car has been broken into twice in the same year management didn’t offer anything but an empty sorry. My A/C was broken for almost three months straight, I literally had to call every week twice a week to get them to move forward with getting it fixed. The neighborhood has really taken a fall crime is increasing... and RPD barely offers any assistance I don’t feel safe around here anymore it’s ridiculous. My lease is up in may and I’m out of here I definitely do not recommend.

It is very important to us that you feel safe in your home and within our community, so that is why we invite all residents to report suspicious or criminal activity to the local authorities and to let a member of our team know what happened.... Unfortunately, what the local authorities are able to do after that point is out of our control. Our maintenance team works hard to complete all work orders in a timely manner but some repairs do take additional time and resources to complete. Unpleasant experience
First of all, the pictures of it being a gated community should be taken down, as the gates were a few months ago. They removed the second lock, that was added security. Increased the rent and added extra fees, so I did not renew my lease. Water flooded my apartment from it being power washed, and another reason they could not figure out. The manager basically said she could not help me. I cleaned up the nasty water, and had to throw out my mop. There are so many work orders, maintenance won't... make it to you for a few days. The pool is now closed every Monday, and whenever they want to close it for "cleaning". I was on the first floor, and the person above me was so loud. I knew the walls were thin, but it's so thin you hear their phone vibrating. Don't get me started on the trash situation. They do not take pride in making sure that area is clean daily or weekly. Lastly, they charge for marks on the wall, and a mandatory cleaning fee. Basically, be prepared to say good bye to your security deposit, for what they consider "damages". Don't expect to read about these additional charges before move in, because it's nowhere in your lease (I checked). Moving is already stressful, don't add to your stress and live here. This was my second time at this apartment, and I'll never make that mistake again.

A lot to be desired
I recently moved in, been here about a month, so far this place is leaving much to be desired. I should've had them give me a tour of the property.
First off the property is littered with trash. It's in the bushes and around the grounds.
The next thing is this place is listed as dog friendly however they do not have bags at the dog pick up stations. Speaking with a tenant who has lived here for 6 months she stated they're are always running out. The garbage cans underneath are constantly... overflowing. Due to this we have dog crap all over the grounds and no bags for anyone to be able to pick it up. I brought this up to management and they stated they would be refilled on Thursday July 14th as they'd been having an issue getting the bag in but they have a multi-month shipment coming in. Thursday came and went and no bags refilled and the bins underneath still overflowing.
Next is the pool. The pool has been closed everyday since I moved in besides the weekend of the July 1st then abruptly closed again. They now have changed the pool hours to 9am-6pm Monday through Friday. 10am-5pm on Saturday. Closed on Sunday. They have cut the hours so that if you work a regular job you're no longer able to utilize the pool besides on Saturdays. The reason for this is that they're blaming rise in COVID cases and vandalism in the gated community. The hours were drastically cut but the fees for amenities stay the same. I brought this up to them as well and they made it seem it was out of their hands as if they're not the management company for the grounds.
I will gladly change my reviews once management handles the issues consistently.

We apologize that your experience here has been anything short of exceptional. Pricing and fees are decided at the corporate level, so our on-site management team is not involved in this decision-making. Amenities are only closed when conducting... necessary maintenance or when COVID-19 considerations require us to do so. To ensure community rules are being followed, the pool is only open during office hours and limited hours on Sunday. We apologize for the delay in restocking the doggie bags, but current supply chain issues have made keeping these bags stocked nearly impossible. Our team is doing its very best to address all resident concerns. If you would like to discuss your specific experience in greater detail, you are welcome to give the office a call. The management team and the maintaince staff is always pleasent and helpful. This is a great environment to live in!
