The apartment was good but not worth the price. You have all the nice appliances with the granite counter tops and the walk in shower and huge clostets, but I felt it was missing some important things that would help justify the price. There is LIMITED hot water. If you shower at 5pm, you will likely have luke warm water for about 5 minutes. On top of limited hot water, you have ZERO water pressure. Visitor parking is a JOKE, your guests are required to park in a separate parking garage, in a... different building. I will say the maintenance team is great and responds to requests quickly. The leasing team doesn’t seen 100% on top of their game. When I first moved in i wasn’t signed up for the apartment emails. Overall good, not spectacular.

They Look Nice On The Outside
They look nice on the outside, but are made of poor quality material. You can hear your neighbors walking, running, talking, singing, and watching tv, music and have sex. They have a marijuana problem as well. I wouldn’t recommend living here. If you like your sleep disturbed then move hear. If you want peace and quiet, look elsewhere. Don’t let the luxury feel fool you.

Unfortunately, any dwelling... that has a shared walls there is a chance of noise transition. However, we take noise complaints and lease violations very serious and have an onsite courtesy officer available to respond to noise issues if needed. Beautiful Sojourn Glenwood
I cannot say enough amazing things about the staff and the apartment complex. During our tour the staff was incredibly sweet and answered whatever questions we had and more. The location of the complex is perfect as well, close to the mall and not far from downtown. what I loved most about this complex was the state of the art Gym. Incredibly amazing. I cannot wait to move in within a couple of months!
