Flea infestation
The apartment complex has a problem with fleas. Despite my cat staying indoors, it keeps getting fleas. We've treated the apartment (and cat) multiple times, but they keep coming back. There are many dogs that are outside daily. Therefore, outdoor treatments for fleas and ticks need to be done regularly to resolve this issue effectively.

Hello, thank you for your review. I am sorry that you're experiencing trouble with fleas in your apartment. If you're still experiencing issues with fleas we would like to have our pests control come in and treat. Rarely, but sometimes it may take... two treatments rather than one depending on the severity of the issue. We however, have no current flea issues anywhere else in the apartment community that we know about and we would love for you to contact us so that we can be proactive in getting this resolved for you. We want nothing less than for each and every one of our residents to have a pleasant home here at Woodland Heights of Reidsville.

Wonderful place to live!
I have lived at Woodland Heights since 2021. I have never met such a wonderful group of people. Sarah and Brooke are the best. They have made my family feel welcome and special. The maintenance staff is very professional and courteous. No matter what you need done, they come quickly and get the job done. Sarah is a beautiful person inside and out. She is always making sure that we, the tenants know she is working for us 24/7. She has taken time to develop activities that we as a family... can participate in. Please come live at Woodland heights your family will become a part of an ever-growing community.

Loved it here!
I have lived here for about a year and a half and I have thoroughly loved it! The staff is so friendly! They have always been so accommodating and helpful. Everything is always so clean & the amenities are really great. I will really miss it here when I moved but I’m glad this was a stop along my path!
