I live there for almost 3 years and let tell you Maria is the best management person you can find.Very professional and by monthly, you going too know what going on in your neighborhood. Very quiet and clean area and need something fix no less then 24hours or the same day. I'm going too miss Maria and her crew.Thanks fir everything

Pet Owners
Holly Leaf Apartments are decent for small families, elderly, college students. Moving into the apartment is not the issue but moving out can be. Pet owners who move in, be aware! Be very aware of whatever damages your pet may commit because your pet deposit and/or monthly pet fee will not cover any of it. You will be sent a bill after the fact to pay for the costs. Just be careful.

An Amazing Property
This has got to be one of the best locations in Salisbury. It is convenient to everything I need. I can safely walk to shopping, restaurants, Veteran Affairs if I am in a good mood. I have never, not one time felt unsafe. I went out of town for 1 week and my package was still on my porch. Everyone that I have met here is friendly but not all in your business friendly. I would recommend this property to anyone that is looking for peace and quiet, great spacious apartments and very very... affordable rent.
