Fantastic community and the staff is friendly and very helpful. The units are nice with some good quality materials and amenities. Have very much enjoyed our roughly 4 months here so far!

Cons: The monthly rates are above the norm for comparable communities especially without a long-term lease. The yard maintenance is fair but not great. The quiet hours are not fully enforced inside of units and the courtesy officer does not respond while the incident is occurring. The club house grills and outdoor seating needs an upgrade.
Pros: The units are roomy. The office staff are nice and responsive. The maintenance crew is great. The club house resident activities are well done and... the clubhouse is well maintained.
