This is truly a great place to live . The staff are all so friendly and helpful . The grounds and clubhouse area are always very well maintained. If there is an issue with maintenance, they respond right away . I would definitely recommend .

The staff is so kind, welcoming and patient. A lot of places don’t have great customer/client service but Element Barclay is NOT one of them. I appreciate that so much! Also, the monthly calendars and planned activities are amazing! I moved here alone without knowing anyone, so good to know I always have something to do.

We love element barclay. Since moving here we’ve had nothing but positive experiences. Our maintenance team is especially great as anytime you have an issue, they come quickly to solve it. I love living here!
