I really enjoy living here! The apartments are an excellent size for a college student, and the location is the best part. I can walk or bike to class every day, which is fast and easy.

I have been loving my stay here. I love the enviroment and how involved Quad is! I was nervous at first to be on the first floor but I still feel safe and its comforting to know people and feel at home.

All the staff are very friendly and easy to work with. If I have a maintenance issue it's resolved right away and the apartment itself is nice.
