I love living here! It’s the perfect location for my job and my kids love it! My apartment is the cutest - it’s by far the best that I’ve lived in. It’s also a lot of bang for the buck. Thank you Joanna and the rest of the team for being awesome here.

I've had a great experience living at The Charleston Apartments. The management team is friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with any concerns. Maintenance requests are handled quickly. The location is perfect! It's close to all the main attractions. Overall, I highly recommend you come and at least tour the property and find out for yourself!

They advertise a fitness center that is nonexistent. The pool has not been opened in years. They never repair anything. You cannot contact them if you need them. The office is barely open. They advertise amenities that are not in the apartments. They make significant increases in the rent every year.

It’s a great place to live. No crime happens here that I know of. The manager is awesome and gets things done. Maintenance is great and gets things done in a timely manner. Cosmetically things can be updated but it’s something I can look past.

This place is a joke!! They take advantage Of the tenants.Numerous repairs need to be done throughout the complex the videos a lie when was that recorded?They always sending out Dear residents letters,but NEVER do the repairs!!! Instead of moving folks in they really need to update & repair the basic things! Mold,leaks,out dated things.So many owner but no one accurately fixing things all patch work!!! There is no way they would but their family in there!! That pool ???? disgusting!!!They... collect rent on time though ???????????????
