They advertise a fitness center that is nonexistent. The pool has not been opened in years. They never repair anything. You cannot contact them if you need them. The office is barely open. They advertise amenities that are not in the apartments. They make significant increases in the rent every year.

It’s a great place to live. No crime happens here that I know of. The manager is awesome and gets things done. Maintenance is great and gets things done in a timely manner. Cosmetically things can be updated but it’s something I can look past.

This place is a joke!! My family of three has been living here for about a year now. our very first night the toilet and kitchen sink would leak whenever we would use either of them. it took them a few days to come fix the issue and it still wasn’t fixed until a week or so later. They have a bad roach problem & the pest control only makes it worse. For us personally it’s not enough storage space. The pool doesn’t get cleaned for the summer time. I’ve lived here less than a year. There has been 3 different property managers none in which seems to update the next on what’s happening here, so charges to my account have been threatened multiple times due to things already taken care of. Never had roaches until their pest control company came and now dealing with people in the leasing office who are dismissive and won’t let you fully state your problem before cutting you off.
