I lived here while finishing graduate school and it was difficult to get a response from management and maintenance. They went through 3 different maintenance people during my time here, and management was rude about different issues. Neighbors were always loud and there were constant parties. Additionally, there are not enough parking spaces for tenants and the spots are often taken by guests.

This place is amazing, i love not having to worry about my roommate not being able to pay her bills and having to pay her portion of the rent! the staff here is so friendly!!!

The dish on deacon station
Great place to live if you attend any of the local colleges in Winston-Salem. Quiet, safe neighborhood, salt water pool and a 24 hour gym. What more could you ask for?
