Very Rude
I have been trying to rent an apartment but the management is very difficult to work with. I understand not being able to look at the apartment while its occupied but they stated every apartment is rented and I have to base my decision on the website photos. I finally got them to allow me to at least come and look at the building and the facilities available to the tenants. Based on this interaction, I do not think I would want to rent from this company.

They are very dedicated to providing the best customer service to our residents and future residents. We... offer virtual and in person tours during our office hours and by law must notify an occupied unit a minimum of 24 hours prior to a showing. Love where I live!
The neighbors are all very nice. The apartments are huge but the building is small enough that I don't feel like I live in a big apartment building. Plus, close street parking for visitors.
