Large bedrooms, clean when moved in, but a lot of little details were missed on turnover and had to nag to get them addressed. Older buildings with NO amenities so prices seem higher than they should be. Current mgr good but is supposed to handle 5 separate complexes which is ridiculous.
Negatives are problems with parking (overnight guests and junk cars taking up most spaces) and blatant disregard of the "no smoking" status. Somehow the marijuana smokers (at least one per every unit) don't... think that ban applies to their toking. Building frequently stinks top to bottom.
