There is so much mold!!! The maintenence is horrible they never fix anything. EVERY SINGLE MORNING IT SMELLS LIKE WEED!!! There's only 2 washers and 2 dryers per building and the washers have MOLD, dryers don't dry at all. Parking is ALWAYS a hassle. Staff is rude. The first week I moved in my fridge wasn't working and had a bunch of gnats in it and all they did was wipe it with bleach wipes which I am allergic to and said as long as it stays on it still works. All my food went bad. Night time... security is no longer available. I would never recommend this place to anyone! When I moved in they didn't let me see the apartments before I moved in. Everyone smokes indoors instead of outdoors so it is not smoke free.

One of the worst places you could live.
The people in the leasing office are incredibly rude. They ignore phone calls, send back your packages and are disrespectful to the residents. The covid response here was abysmal, they didn’t cancel late fees or offer any emergency relief or assistance in the height of the pandemic. The *perks* of living here are a filthy, tiny gym center which also houses the package hub, and a small outdoor pool that is closed for the majority of the summer. Rent goes UP every year for their mediocre services... and they offer no incentives to stay. I truly regret moving to this horrible place and if this review helps anyone avoid making the same mistake I’ll be grateful.

Horrible !
I’d never recommend Camelot apartments to ANYONE. Elevate Living is not terrible it’s just the property they own. The office staff have no clue what the hell is going on. My kitchen sink almost flooded, I was told to wait til monday(I called on a Saturday night), only to call 5 times and they finally came out on Thursday. My bathtub flooded. They cut a whole in the ceiling above shower head to fix the tenant above me pipes apparently, it was done 2 months prior to me moving out and was never... fixed but the maintenance guys told the office it was done. Horrible time living here and there is no recommendation from me for this junk place.

OK but for that price and addon I beileve there are better choices
Service is wonderful. But apartment seems expensive for what you get (considering age of the building). I believe there are better choices if you are willing to pay little extra about $50-$100, for that very reason I moved. Just to say for that extra I have microwave/ washer / dryer in the apartment and large balcony and storage.

Avoid at all costs!!!!!!! Youve been warned.
This place is a huge scam.I moved from out of town and didnt have a chance to visit before I moved in.Big mistake.Last month a notice was put on the entry doors that all our apartments needed to be entered into immediately by the exterminator, that doesnt sound good. Fast forward one month and I am being attacked by bed bugs. Who didnt see that coming. I notify the management and they inform me per the lease that I have to pay for the treatments.Hmm I am responsible for the bugs coming in thru... the cracks in the kitchen? I dont think so.The a/c runs for hours and the temp goes up in the apartment.2 washing machines for 10 units, but you can only use 1 at a time or they will flood the basement and then we have fans running for days and it smells.Rent may seem cheap and I know you get what you pay for, however they send you 2 bills added onto your rent for everything else except i guess pest control.so its way more then the quoted price.Hallway carpets havent seen a cleaning in years i bet ,they are so soiled.Nothing positive to say about this place besides its better than my car.Can anyone say lease break????
