Obviously hires the cheapest contractors to perform maintenance. After informing maintenance about a mouse problem they replied "Ok. What would you like us to do? Is it dead or alive? Do we need to set traps or is this just letting us know you found a mouse in the bedroom?" Very rude and un-profressional. There are ways of asking for more information without being snarky.

Washer and dryer have been malfunctioning for months and management has made no effort to contact their contracted company... to come fix their units.

Have also been having internet issues due to degraded cables. Already had two Cox technicians inform me that apartment management needs to hire an electrician themselves to replace the cabling. I have repeatedly informed management to make these appointments but they refuse, stating they need Cox to contact them explaining the issue further. Apparently management expects their tenants to make appointments or deal with customer service on behalf of their property.
