Man I hate this place , I moved here last month July 31 /2024. there’s no parking every day after 9:30pm,because the manager is too lazy to give a parking pass to residents, everyone can just wake up and come at park west to park their vehicle, and the actual residents don’t have parking. Everyone complains to the new manager but nothing has been done yet, and seems like they are not going to do anything about it. The manager is careless, the assistant manager is a wonderful lady who deserves to... be promoted and take that man’s spot. If you come home after 9:30pm be prepared to find somewhere else to park ( mine is Hyvee) if you park somewhere inside the complex the manager will call the towing company on you .

Leasing Office is not helpful.
I don't like this apartment, especially with new management, they don't know what they Are doing. no respond to emails and calls. very disappointed.

Great job maintenance
Park west I would say has the most efficient maintenance team out of all the apartments I've live in over the last 6 years. They are very responsive and always professional. All my work request are completed within 1-2 days. Great job fellas

Save your time and money
Absolute Joke. Management has no idea what they are doing. The apartments are fine, but don’t expect anything to get fixed in a timely manner. Everything’s broken or shuts down. Heating and Air hardly ever works. The office won’t answer the phone and if they do, it’s like talking to a brick wall. No answers. No help. Nothing. Save your time, money, and sanity and live somewhere else.

Cozy
I toured before covid and fell in love with these apartments and life got in the way and I couldn't live there. They were patient and understood so a couple months ago I finally moved in and I could not be happier.
