everyone is so kind here. maintenance is super great that fix and answer any questions I have. was having issues with my garage door not closing and they ordered shaders for me

Townhomes were cheaply made. The door that leads to the garage doesn’t have a seal, so the cold air comes right in. The windows let cold air in.

About 3 weeks after moving in the clubhouse flooded and is still unable to use almost 2 months later. No discount except for the ability to use the gym in Gretna. My garbage disposal didn’t drain. Internet wasn’t hooked up properly upon move in. Heat wasn’t installed correctly. Although I will say the complex fixed it asap.
Just very disappointed with the clubhouse being closed for so long.

So far, so good! The units are beautiful and the neighborhood is really quiet. It's located in a very convenient spot for a good work/life blanace.

I've been here for a few months and everything is going well. I really enjoy living here. The neighbors I've met have been nice and friendly and the staff has been helpful.
