The fitness center is only open Monday-Friday 9-5, so if you work you can’t use. There are no other amenities here. For the same price in rent go to the Orpheum where the fitness center is open and have other amenities available. Also, they plow the snow at 3am. Not just a pass of the snow plow- oh no! Continuous plowing with tractors with flashing lights and back up beeps for at least an hour and a half. Every. Single. Time. It. Snows. Even if it’s just an inch and would melt in the daylight.... Oh! Also hot as hell in the apartment as dryer vents don’t vent outside. It’s always 74 degrees even though we haven’t even turned the heat on. The fans in the bathrooms are hard wired to stay on 24/7 which you are paying for and can’t turn off when not in use. Basically spending a lot of money for a mediocre apartment with zero amenities and plows impacting quality of life.

Lived here for one year and even with construction have loved it! During the first year we requested to have our lease changed to five years.
