We’ve lived here for a little over a year and have had minimal complaints. Most of the staff is quite friendly, maintenance is timely though occasionally backups happen. They try to take care of the most important issues first, which unavoidably puts non emergent issues on a delay. Our neighbors are all pretty great except one but that’s the joy of apartment living. They do a good job at making the area feel safe and not like stereotypical Manchester.

We had a hard time finding a place that met our needs and would allow us to have our two 50lb dogs, so it was a relief when we found Halstead had both what we wanted in an apartment (good sq footage, in unit laundry and dishwasher, good closet sizing) and would allow us to have our dogs! We love living here! The staff is so responsive, especially in terms of safety. We love how quiet it is and in a prime area!
