Renters will have access... to a shared kitchen located on the first floor. Coin operated washer/dryer located on the 3rd floor of the building. Parking lot in back. We also have a full apartment (unit 11) - that has its own kitchen & washer/dryer with a private entrance via the rear of the building.
Monthly rent includes: cable, wifi, central air/heat, hot water, electricity. No additional charges.
Showings now available upon availability and requests.
Tenant Policies:
-Saltwater Inn only permits registered tenants on the premises.
-Background/credit check will be run upon application at applicants expense.
-We do not supply sheets, bedding, towels, toiletries, or food. Tenants must bring necessities for entirety of their stay.
-NO PARTIES/LOUD MUSIC (Quiet time in the INN is after 10pm).
-No drugs/smoking in/on/around property.
-No pets allowed. (will consider only for the apartment: unit 11 - with a pet fee)
