I don't recommend living here or any of the Kriegman & Smith owned properties. Upon move out the landlord will take money out of your security deposit for charges not even specified in the signed lease. They will give you "move out" procedures which is an unsigned document and charge you whatever they want. Extremely unprofessional and a honestly greedy move to do that to a tenant who lived there for 5 years and only asked for minor fixes to the apartment over the course of tenancy.

Too much smoke!
I can’t stand the noisy, obnoxious neighbors, the cigarette smoke, and the fact that the police are here for trouble very often. I had drug dealer living above me for a year who were breaking into cars and stealing identity, creepy girls next door who had 4 people smoking in the apartment and the litterbox in the closet. I not only smelled their smoke, I had litterbox dust and odor in my closet and apartment, there are other drug dealer s in another building, I had neighbors that were fighting... with each other and constantly stopping me in the parking lot to tell me how they hate each other. I should not have this added stress when I want to come home to a peaceful home. I have fallen on the ice while walking each winter and have hurt my knee, ankle, and neck. My dog fell on February 18th. Mike said he would help me be reimbursed for that vet bill. That never happened. My dog never recovered from that fall and died in June after the pain medications made her very sick. I not only went through the stress of an injured dog, I had vet bills and her medication to pay for because you did not clear the ice on the walkway by the playground. I have not been able to use my patio area for the past 4 years because of the cigarette smoke. I am on two breathing medications (Albuterol and Serevent) because I not only have asthma, this is much worse than asthma, it may be COPD. I included copies of the medication info sheets. I have complained about this several times in writing and directly to Mike, Mickey, and your regional manager Chris last summer and a month ago. I sent letters in with the rent checks for the first two years. Obviously no one from your organization cared enough to respond or notify your office. I found my copy of one of those letters from as early as 2012.
