Trust me, I did the leg work before deciding to rent here, and Southwinds offers more space and nicer apartment features than any other in several nearby neighborhoods. WiFi included?!? And not shared building WiFi-no-a personal modem for WiFi in every apartment. They have every feature that every other luxury apartment has- quartz counters, plank floors, stainless steel appliances including dishwasher and built-in microwave, full-size washer/dryer, private patio or balcony, but what makes... Southwinds apartments better than all the others is the amount of space each apartment offers. The smallest one bedroom is 1012 square feet, and the smallest two bedroom is 1095 square feet- not small at all. Also, the smart home features make these apartments stand out from the rest- lots of overhead LED lighting, hetaing and air-conditioning, and a front door keyless entry, code lock that can all be controlled through an app on your phone. It is clear that the landlord was focused on building the nicest private living spaces rather than building shiny amenities that nobody actually uses. Also, management is great! Samantha is friendly, attentive, funny, and passioante about making sure her residents are happy. Also, Erica, is on top of maintenance requests faster than any other apartment community I've lived at before.
