Moved in Oct 2020. I was given a beautiful unit with new appliances, cabinets and carpet. My neighbors are kind and respectful. Gail is a Gem tells it like it is but very honest. I love the updates and upkeep of the property, I have nothing bad to say and it’s 2024 and I’m still here loving it!

Don’t get your hopes up!
I called and was told my white shepherd was ok for apartment, so I set an appointment to see the apartment. Hour later someone called back and said the dog was to big! Very unprofessional! If this is how they handle things thank god I didn’t move in! 0 stars for me! I put one star because I had to!

Horrible
You feel like you are boxed in. Office is rude, nothing gets fixed. Too expensive and you get nothing for your money

You get what you pay for
Overall location is nice and quiet, the building I was good and I felt safe. Other than that, needs a lot of work. A lot of things wrong with the apartment itself, for example, stove burners not working, shower not working, electric outlets broken, closet door fell off its hinge. Maintenance is a nightmare, good luck getting something fixed, even if it’s urgent. Almost impossible to get a hold of them. It’s very misleading because they lead you to believe that it’s “24 hour maintenance”. Yea ok,... wait until something breaks on the weekend. My neighbors downstairs were heavy smokers and my apartment reeked of it. The laundry facilities were also not open during for months. It’s a shame because the apartments themselves have a lot of potential, but when you have a shady company running it, it makes for a nightmare. P.S. good luck getting your security deposit back. I left the apartment cleaner than I found it and still got nothing back.
