Living here is stressful

The apartment is nice and quite but you dont get your money worth. Before I moved in they told me parking was $75, it then changed to $100 with no legitimate reasons. There is no parking at this time. Parking on the streets will also get you a parking ticket. Utilities is not included in the rent. You pay for everything; gas, electric, heat, water etc everything!!!! If you are on a budget this is not the right apartment for you.

Need Better Communication Between Staff

I had an appointment scheduled to view this apartment and was extremely excited based on the pictures shown online. A friend accompanied me and we arrived early thinking we'd be able to come into the lobby and get a better feel for the place.

Upon arriving at what appeared to be the entrance, you'd expect that you can dial the leasing office using the call box but that wasn't the case. Instead we had to stand in the cold and call the number listed on the glass which directs you to someone...
who isn't even located at the property, who then has to transfer you to an on site rep. The leasing rep said she would direct the concierge (whom we could see from the glass) to let us in. This wasn't the case either. The concierge (confused and unhelpful) instead came to the door and told us to call the number on the glass (again).

We ended up getting the direct number to the on site leasing rep (which isn't the number listed on the outside) and after 3 unanswered calls she finally called back only to say she would do the same thing..... give word to the concierge to let us in (which still never happened). At this point it was even beyond our SCHEDULED appointment time and we even waited an additional ten minutes..... nothing and no assistance from the concierge whom we could both clearly see. You would think that as a staff person, they would at least come back to inquire about if there was something he could help with.

We waited and waited and then we finally left to go look at other apartments and as you might expect, we both get a call/text after we'd been gone for about 10 minutes asking if we'd left already and if we'd like to reschedule.

There wasn't an apology offered for a significant wasted amount of time...... after we had SCHEDULED an appointment (which is the whole point of scheduling an appointment).

Very disappointing since we were very interested in seeing the units and getting more information.

Please come up with a better system for prospective residents to communicate with the internal staff. Why not allow the call box to talk directly with the concierge or the leasing office? Surely it shouldn't be that hard to communicate to your concierge to let a prospective tenant in for a scheduled appointment.
